Les Care Managers offrent une aide individuelle pour faire face \u00e0 des situations m\u00e9dicales exigeantes et complexes, \u00e0 une incapacit\u00e9 de travail ou \u00e0 des phases de vie difficiles li\u00e9es \u00e0 une maladie ou \u00e0 un accident.
